1. Use of This Website

If you separately opt in, Full Yield AI may send transactional SMS and email communications related to scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, onboarding, service updates, and questions about your project or account. Message frequency varies and is expected to be fewer than 10 messages per month for appointment and service messages.

3. Promotional Texts

If you separately opt in, Full Yield AI may send marketing and promotional SMS or email communications, including offers, new service announcements, and training invitations. Message frequency varies and is expected to be fewer than 4 promotional text messages per month. Opting into one type of communication does not automatically opt you into another.

4. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and affirmatively opting in to a particular messaging program, you authorize Full Yield AI to send text messages to that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may submit an inquiry without a phone number and without opting in to SMS communications.

By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the phone number belongs to you or that you are authorized to consent on behalf of the account holder.

5. Opt Out and Help

6. Message Rates and Carrier Disclaimer

Your use of the website and messaging programs is also governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Intellectual Property
